These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of innervisionartworks.com (the “Site”) and to any purchase or booking request you make with Inner Vision Artworks (“we”, “us”, “our”), a small business based in California, USA. By using the Site, placing an order or requesting a tattoo booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and orders
Our apparel, hats and mugs are printed or embroidered on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, after you order. Product photos are mockups, and colors, print placement and sizing can vary slightly between screens and production runs. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurred, or we suspect fraud.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. We accept payment through PayPal, credit/debit card (processed by Square) and Bitcoin (via BTCPay). We do not store your full card details. Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions (for example, a minimum order amount), cannot be combined unless stated, and may end at any time.
3. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are handled as described in our Return Policy.
4. Tattoo booking requests
Submitting the tattoo quote and booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when Monique Andujo confirms the date, design and price with you directly. A $50 deposit is required to secure a tattoo appointment. The deposit is applied toward the final price of your tattoo. The deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of valid reasons or unforeseen circumstances, which are refunded at the artist’s sole discretion. You must be at least 18 years old and present a valid photo ID to be tattooed. We may decline any design or booking at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, tattoo photos, logos and text on the Site belong to Inner Vision Artworks or its artists and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without written permission. Buying a product gives you the item, not the rights to its design. Custom tattoo designs remain the artwork of the artist.
6. Use of the Site
Please do not misuse the Site, attempt to access it without authorization, or submit false information. Comments and form submissions must not be unlawful, abusive or spam.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under California or other applicable consumer protection law.

9. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
